An organisational psychologist by practice, currently working with Makerere University School of Psychology in the Department of Educational, Social and Organisational Psychology. A scholar of a Master of Science in Sustainable African Futures by research at the University of Edinburg.  Since 2021, I have been a member of the team that conducts the bi-annual Employer of the Year Awards (EYA) survey for the Federation of Uganda Employers (FUE). I have a strong capacity to lead the implementation of robust as well as rapid research, innovation, and implementation projects. My research interests lie mostly in the sustainability of employees' wellbeing at work.
